What should you do to aviod Bearing deformation after installation?

In case of excessive deformation after the device, it must be achieved: the roundness of the shaft and the seat hole and the perpendicularity of the shoulder should be requested in accordance with the corresponding accuracy of the bearing. That is to say, the interference of the rotating ring  and appropriate amount of the fixed ferrule must be calculated accurately.

The amount of ignition of the rotating ferrule should be smaller within the possible range. It is only necessary to ensure the effect of heat shrinkage at the operating temperature and the influence of centripetal force at the highest speed, so as not to form a tight-fitting crawl or slip. According to the size of the working load and the size of the bearing, the fixed ring selects the smallest clearance fit or interference fit. Too loose or too tight is not conducive to maintaining the original accurate shape.

If the bearing is running at high speed in the high temperature working environment,  be pay attention tothe fit of the rotating ring ,which should not be too loose in case of eccentric vibration. the fit of the fixed ring should not show a gap to avoid deformation of the ring under load .And the vibration is stimulated, and the condition of adopting a small interference fit to the fixing ring is that both sides of the matching appearance have a high shape accuracy and a small roughness.

Otherwise, it is difficult to form the device and it is more difficult to disassemble. In addition, it is necessary to consider the influence of the thermal elongation of the main shaft. The main shaft of the paired double-angle angular contact ball bearing is mostly lighter in load. If its interference fit is too large, the internal The axial preload will be significantly larger, causing adverse effects.
